1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Discover 360 Tutoring website and tutoring services provided by Discover 360 Tutoring, LLC ("Discover 360," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an application, scheduling sessions, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Tutoring Services

Discover 360 Tutoring provides one-on-one and small-group math tutoring services for high school students, offered online via Zoom and in-person at agreed locations. Session availability is subject to tutor scheduling.

3. Sessions & Scheduling

• All sessions are 60 minutes in length.
• Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday.
• Enrollment in sessions constitutes agreement to our scheduling and cancellation policy.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session without penalty.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your enrollment agreement.

4. Payment

Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session. We accept payment via Zelle and credit/debit card through Stripe. Session rates are confirmed during your free consultation. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Free Consultation

The initial consultation is provided at no charge and does not obligate you to enroll in any tutoring package. The consultation is informational only.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to attend sessions prepared and ready to engage. Discover 360 Tutoring reserves the right to discontinue service if a student or family member engages in disrespectful or harmful conduct toward our staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

Discover 360 Tutoring, LLC is not responsible for guaranteeing specific academic outcomes. Results depend on student effort, session frequency, and other factors outside our control. We commit to delivering high-quality, personalized instruction in every session.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to provide services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
